The staff's lack of attentiveness was infuriating. I experienced multiple service issues, from uncleaned trash cans in my room to not receiving any water during my entire stay. The airport transportation was a disaster, as I ended up waiting unnecessarily while staff struggled to locate the driver. This is unacceptable for a hotel that prides itself on service.

I had an awesome night, especially enjoying the clean, spacious room and the breakfast buffet that offered a lot of delicious options. However, I found the air conditioning a bit too cool for my liking. I would definitely come back!

Breakfast was savoury and free, liked the location.
All in all everything was really good, had a really good stay during my first visit. The stuff seemed responsive. It was in a magnificent location short walk to Philippines as well as the Robinson's shopping centre. Went to The Lounge for drink or two, set at a moderate distance from the hotel...

The real deal or a total steal?
The accommodations were fantastic and well-furnished. Staff provided excellent service, attending to every detail .
Dining options were limited, and the breakfast could have offered a wider variety to match the high standards of the hotel.

Room was comfortable and spacious, typical of this chain. No problem with facilities.
Reception staff not as efficient as I expected. There was confusion over whether I had paid at time of booking or not. I paid by debit card yet was asked for large deposit for hotel facilities. when it was discussed further it was apparent that any repayment would take about 4 weeks to process if the payment was made by debit card. In the end I did pay a cash deposit at reduced rate but refused to use hotel facilities as a result! I got the deposit back at the end of stay but this type of thing can only impair customer relations. The hotel is geared mainly to Japanese and Korean customers which accounts for the silly high prices for drinks and food. I would not recommend this hotel for westerners as there are many other reasonably priced hotels in this vicinity that are more than adequate for half the price.

Absolutely no complaints. The standard of service was much higher than in hotels of a similar standard here in Australia.
No negative feedback.
